While the course remains closed members are encouraged to make use of the short game area. The short game greens, fairways, and bunkers are available for use everyday starting at 10 am, no check-in with pro shop staff is required. The short game tee will remain closed. Those practicing shots from the fairway remember to utilize the divot pattern that we strongly encouraged from last season. As a reminder that is to take your divots in a front to back straight line of roughly twenty-five divots before starting a new line adjacent to the previous line. A small portion of turf should be left intact between each subsequent line.

Following this pattern will help ensure the fastest divot recovery. This is especially important right now as temperatures are still too low for regular seed germination in our divot mix thus preventing recovery. The divot mix provided in the small barrels should still be used to fill your divots. This will greatly speed recovery once soil temperatures increase enough for seed germination. Please avoid creating scattered, irregular, or crater like divot patterns.
Below are some examples of what we do not want to see:
Now for some examples of the proper pattern:
When hitting from the fairway please also keep enough distance from the greens to prevent divots from landing on the greens.
